As Managing Director, Mr. Ellis is responsible for managing the overall operations of Oxford Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (OREA).

Mr. Ellis joined OREA in 2010.  Prior to that, he was a principal with Eudaimonia Capital Management where he provided outsourced capital management functions for midmarket real estate companies and real estate advisory services for institutional clients.

His prior experience includes serving as the Director of Alternative Investments at Longboat Capital Management, where he managed a real estate private equity portfolio, and as Relationship Manager at PNC Real Estate Finance.  Through these roles, Mr. Ellis sourced, structured, underwrote, and/or syndicated more than $2 billion in real estate private equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and debt facilities.

Mr. Ellis graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelors of Arts degree.
