As Project Director, Mr. Green is responsible for overseeing the team of Project Managers, estimating and managing budgets, administering contracts, and generating and maintaining schedules for the Development Department projects.

Mr. Green joined Oxford in 2010 and specializes in real estate development and construction.  This includes; estimating and planning, zoning, permitting, bidding, scheduling and managing construction of new and renovated facilities.  He has extensive experience in management of various construction projects ranging from off-site and infrastructure improvements, to government, institutional, retail, hospitality, residential, medical, and commercial development facilities.

Mr. Green is a Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina, has the LEED AP credential from the U.S Green Building Council and has completed the 8 Hour Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Certification Program.

He is a member of the United Way, the Green Building Alliance and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy and is a supporter of the Westmoreland County Food Bank .

Mr. Green is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology.
