As Vice President of Acquisitions and Investments for Oxford Development Company, Mr. Castonguay oversees the growth of the company’s business investment platforms.  Mr. Castonguay also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Oxford Real Estate Advisors, Inc., an affiliated company providing investment management services to institutional and private equity clients.

Mr. Castonguay joined Oxford Development Company in 1983 and has been involved with Oxford Real Estate Advisors, since its formation in 1997.

He is a past member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a Registered Investment Advisor with Securities and Exchange Commission, a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and a past member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). In 2003, he was a recipient of the Jefferson Award from the American Institute of Public Service.

Mr. Castonguay received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College, his Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
