As Vice President of Community Relations, Mr. Mason is responsible for leading Oxford Development Company’s efforts in community involvement with an emphasis on maintaining a commitment to the region through active participation in civic and government affairs.

Mr. Mason joined Oxford in 1990, and has held positions in leasing and brokerage services, both in the commercial and retail divisions of the company, and as Assistant Vice President/General Manager of One Oxford Centre.  His responsibilities included overseeing the daily operations of a 1.3 million square foot complex and assisting the Vice President of Property Management in managing over 10 million square feet of Oxford owned and/or third party managed properties.

Mr. Mason is a licensed attorney and a member of the Pennsylvania and Florida Bar and serves on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership as the Vice Chair.   He also serves on the Metro Board of Directors YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, the Circles Board of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and is a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter NAIOP Board of Director and Economic Development Committee and Rivers Club Community Relations Committee member.

He is also a past Board member and active in BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), past Board member and current advisory member of The ALS Association (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).

Mr. Mason received his B.A. from the University of Miami and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
