As a Vice President for Oxford Realty Services, Inc., Mr. Koch focuses primarily on landlord representation for institutional ownership and, in recent years, has closed over 160 lease transactions encompassing more than 1.3 million square feet of expansions, renewals and new leases.

Mr. Koch joined Oxford in 2005 and has been responsible for marketing several high profile buildings including; Foster Plaza, 4350 Northern Pike(Westinghouse Energy Center), Chatham Center, The Koppers Building, Centre City Tower, 5700 Corporate Drive and 30 North Third in Downtown Harrisburg.

Mr. Koch has extensive experience in representing institutional ownership, giving him keen insight regarding the marketing of assets and increasing long term value.  As leasing manager for Foster Plaza, a one million square foot Class A office park, he has consistently maintained occupancy levels above competitive market sets.  He is also responsible for repositioning 4350 Northern Pike (Westinghouse Energy Center) from a single entity to a multi-tenant campus.

He is also an Associate Broker in the state of Pennsylvania and has been “Broker of Record” for a prior employer.

Mr. Koch is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems with a minor in Finance.
