As Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Oxford Development Company, Mr. Albert has actively participated as legal counsel in sales, acquisitions, and financing totaling in excess of $700 million, and has provided counseling in a broad range of other corporate and commercial matters.

Mr. Albert joined the company in 1987.   He also serves as the Vice President and Chief Counsel of Oxford Real Estate Advisors, Inc., an SEC-registered investment advisory firm and the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Pittsburgh Settlement Agency, LLC, a Pennsylvania-licensed commercial title insurance agency.  Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Albert was in-house counsel in the commercial and credit company sections of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation Legal Department.

Mr. Albert is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has served for over twenty-five years as an arbitrator on the commercial and construction panels of the American Arbitration Association.

Presently, Mr. Albert serves on the Board of Directors of the Blind and Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh and of the Fellowship of Orthodox Christians United to Serve-Pittsburgh, both of which are non-profit organizations operating in the greater Pittsburgh metropolitan region.

Mr. Albert is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, where he received his B.A., Juris Doctor and his MBA degrees.
