Maintenance Monroeville, PA
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work at a large apartment complex in Monroeville. Individual is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the apartment complex and organize, coordinate and manage the overall maintenance programs, including exterior property appearance, timely work order repair service, and cost effective inventory control of the property. Previous residential maintenance experience required. Work hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. On call and overtime as needed.
