As Project Managers, we become an extension of your staff, protecting your interests and objectives. We provide you with expertise to direct and manage the pre-construction services required, develop and implement the strategy to navigate the public approval and permitting process and provide assistance during construction and post-construction phases.

Oxford Development Company has extensive experience working through local governments and regulatory bodies to ensure a project is delivered on time and on budget. We have done so on behalf of clients like: University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, PNC, The Cultural Trust of Pittsburgh, and the Sports and Exhibition Authority.
